• Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by Precious Bebe.

• Any misleading or false claims about our products are strictly prohibited.

• You may not engage in spam, paid ads on our brand keywords, or any deceptive marketing practices.

Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a commission for each qualified sale made using their unique referral link.

• Commission rates are specified on our affiliate dashboard and may be updated at any time with notice.

• Sales that result in refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will not qualify for commissions.

Payout Terms

• Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer or PayPal once the minimum payout threshold is met.

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

• Any fraudulent transactions will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

Restricted Activities

• You may not use Precious Bebe trademarks, logos, or brand name in domains, social media handles, or advertisements without permission.

• Affiliates cannot offer unauthorized discounts or claim to be an official Precious Bebe representative.

• Affiliates may not purchase products using their own referral link.

Termination and Suspension

• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates our terms or engages in unethical practices.

• If an affiliate account remains inactive for six (6) months, it may be deactivated.

Liability & Disclaimers

• Precious Bebe is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the affiliate program.

• We make no guarantees regarding potential earnings.

Modification of Terms

• Precious Bebe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
